Not sure what the bad rap is about, the staff was excellent and the food was pretty great for a hotel restaurant. The only blemish may be the price is steep but it is an airport hotel restaurant, that's expected.

The ribeye steak was extremely bland and tasteless. There was not even a hint of salt in it. I wouldn't have cared that much because ribeyes are usually a tasty piece of meat even if poorly seasoned, but this steak didn't even taste like beef. It was like chewing water. Which was absurd for a $48 steak that wasn't even an inch in thickness.

I had the occasion to stop in for a burger and a beer and it was outstanding. The service was quick and friendly and they did a good job of anticipating I needed the check fairly quickly. Great option and heads and tails above airport food

This restaurant at the H Hotel makes such a difference when I travel for work. Luis, the bar tender is so friendly and makes a great margarita. The food is consistently great in quality. Breakfast is always a pleasant experience and the staff are friendly and welcoming which is a wonderful start to the day when away from home for extended periods. All of the staff make sure guests are taken care of, from leaders to support staff. I highly recommend this establishment. Special thanks to the Waypoint team for always making me feel special and at home...shout out to Gary, Mike. Alfredo, Jose,Carlos, Lauren, Uni, Alfredo and Joseph. Appreciate the efforts made in both food quality and service during my time at the H.

Came late. Superb service from Yuni. Got flatbreads and drinks after a long day of flying. All win!

Bartenders are great and knowledgeable during Brunch.
DO NOT SHOW up 40-30 min before they close . They have a short staff and this places is always Busy.

Very convenient, great service and food. Tried the buffalo wings and the waypoint burger, and both were delicious. Fries had a great crunch as well.
