Worst Wendy’s ever. This staff is the worst.

God I would hate to work at this Wendy’s. The one older Hispanic female manager is an absolute nightmare to her employees and her customers. We placed a mobile order 15min ahead of time and she always yells at us that the food isn’t ready and we have to come inside. Eduardo was a manager today and worked super hard to get us fresh food, and the whole time she was talking shit in Spanish with an open drive thru window (just because I’m white doesn’t mean I don’t understand what you are saying). I’ve been in the area for years and I love Wendy’s but it’s so hard to go to this one because of how much of a literal nightmare the older Spanish manager is. She’s been there as long as I’ve lived here. When the pretzel bacon pub burger stopped being served I stopped coming. Now I love the new strips, but it’s so horrible that every time I go the employees are complaining, the Hispanic manager is bitching, and they NEVER HAVE ANYONE IN THEIR DRIVE THRU. There obviously is an explanation, this manager makes people wait for up to 5min at the order screen, yells at you when you ask how long… I can’t tell you how many negative experiences I’ve had with her. Someone needs to step in and remove her if anyone actually cares about this store.
The people in the back was so rude the young girl in the front was acting scared because I had a big order and I guess the manager was in the back telling her to come help so the girl stop my order to help I don’t want to come back to this Wendy again so so so so so so rude !!!!!!!don’t open if you don’t feel you have enough people to work and help thank you
