Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service from the order taker to the manager. I just left there and it was unbelievable how bad the customer service was. I would give zero stars if u could but I can’t. All the staff on duty right now needs customer service training. I now know why McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Jack N the Box does way better than Wendy’s. Wendy’s staff on La Tijera SUCKS!!!

Did the drive through was pleasant enough, and there was no traffic heading their ( although it was about 2300 at the time )or line of cars waiting to order maybe perhaps because of the time this tool place or maybe this place isn't all that good but they say that this place doesn't cut corners so with that in mind I took a chance and went on to order I went with the old faithful which was their cheese burger (that's not the name of the cheese burger there that's what I call it when trying out new burger place) I was a splendid combo including drink fries and of course the burger AND IT'S TRUE about the no corners cut rumor its a square patty lol the whole meal was tasty I will say this as a disclaimer I choose their lemonade there is no refills when choosing a lemonade I learned that by asking if they would top off the drink unfortunately no the cashier said but! I could give you any other drink of your choice I greatly surprised by that answer if I could remember that dudes name, so I could give him a proper shout-out well reader this review has come to its end hopefully by reading this it'll help you reach clarity and enlightenment.Wheelchair accessibility: Have wheelchair its accessible BUT no button to facilitate opening the door. Sorry perhaps I should take this to court and fight for the right to have more wheelchair ♿️ access buttons to help ease entering (insert name of establishment) if there isn't an automatic sliding door already in place. Help fund my go fund me ( no go fund me account has been, or is currently exciting at this moment)

My Order came here on accident when I was at another location; not only did they answer the phone but the manager Eduardo was ableto help me out and resolved my situation. Great experience with service ; haven't had that in a while.
