Food quality was good depending on what you order. Service was OK but not professional. The view is the best attribute of the restaurant because on a clear day/night you get sweeping views from downtown to the ocean. Prices are a bit high unless you add value for the view.

Hotel Angeleno in Brentwood has a very nice restaurant on their 17th floor Rooftop. We stayed at Hotel Angeleno and ate at West Restaurant and Lounge our entire trip—and it was absolutely outstanding. The food, service, and views were all amazing. We enjoyed breakfast, evening drinks, dinner, and dessert, and every single meal was top-notch.
