Western Doma Noodles is a low-key authentic Korean restaurant that serves flavorful food in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff, including the owner, provide excellent service, making guests feel at home. The menu offers a variety of options, including banchan (side dishes) and specials like seafood pancake, chicken stew, stone pot bibimbap, and stir-fried squid. The food remains consistently good, with fresh and flavorful side dishes. Popular dishes include the chicken sujebi / kalguksu, which has a homey feel, and the rice cake and dumpling soup. The Dolsot Bibimbap (stone pot) is a standout, sizzling with crispy rice and full of authentic flavor, as well as chewy noodles in tasty broth. Banchan is always fresh, and the owner, known for her friendliness, sometimes throws in some ddukboki (spicy rice cake) on the house. While prices are a bit high, the quality and portion sizes make it worthwhile. The restaurant has a small parking lot and an easy-to-follow menu with pictures, making it a great spot to try authentic Korean cuisine.
