Nothan was great perfect seasoning

I asked for pepperoni bites and they gave me plain pretzel bites! I came here once a week and atleast 2 times a month they mess the simple order up. Today I’m fed up. Yall have to get it together!!!

Good for a bite while waiting for the train

I ordered from this location through Local by Toast. I not only never received my order, but when I called they sent me straight to voicemail. They are holding my money as well. I am very disappointed, as this was my first time ordering.

Every time I need a quick bite between stops, this place is always here! Sometimes, they don't have what I want, but it only takes 10 minutes for them to whip it up! Thank you, Olga and Jholey for the work you put in.

Dreadful service. They should really warn you that an almond pretzel is sweet before you order jalapeño cheese sauce to go with it!

Wentzel Pretzels is conveniently located inside the Union Station. They have a wide variety of drinks, pretzels and hotdogs. They make their pretzels early in the morning before they open at 7 am. So you get a freshly baked food. Staff were cordial and competent. Overall, it’s a nice and modest pretzel shop to stop by going to work or home.

Really bad customer service,, mostly is pm crew..rude . Music too loud. We have to almost scream out .so they can hear ....I read all . The bad customer service . I still. don't getting why. Don't change. Of employees .. .. sad sad. ?
For me this place deserves 0-0 .stars .

Got my order wrong, workers have terrible attitudes, refunds take several days so make sure you have twice the amount you need in case they get your order wrong or else you walk away with nothing. Absolutely trash location.
