A pretzel shop that is not very familiar in Japan.When I think of pretzels, I've only known them as hard, chewy sweets, but this one is a soft, bread-like pretzel that feels like a light snack.I was curious and really wanted to try the food, but I was really full, so I reluctantly just had a drink.When I looked into it, it seems that they opened only one store in Kameido (Tokyo) over 10 years ago.I have a faint hope that they will expand into Japan again!Even in Tokyo, it's around Harajuku, which is a trend-setting base that seems to catch on even more.I was able to take a leisurely break on the terrace while watching the fountains and trams at The Grove.Thank you for the meal.Kid-friendliness: Welcome!

Good, freshly made pretzels. Perfect for eating something quick between meals. Good price quality. The place is very beautiful, ideal for a walk on a weekend morning or afternoon.

I went to Valley River Center and stopped to get my grandkids (aged 2 and 4) the pizza bites with marinara and icee type lemonade (#1). We sat at a table in front of the restaurant. Everything was extremely hot. I tried using the lemonade to help cool to marinara. The untouched drink fell on the floor. The small meal was not only $16 but when I asked if they could find someone to help clean the mess, the acted like nothing happened and ignored us. didn't even bother asking if we wanted the drink replaced. Was my first visit ever. Will be my last.

While I am a fan of their Pretzels it is a disgrace that there is not an option to tip their employees. What does it cost management to add an option to tip and increase the wages of these workers? Not a damn thing. I highly implore management to either up the wages or give the customers the option to tip.

No qualms or issues with this Wetzel's Pretzels location. It's a small outdoor gazebo hut that you can order at, then grab a seat to chill and eat your goods. Our order was ready super quickly, great service.My friend and I shared the $9 cheese dog bites pre-movie! It totally filled us up and was perfect movie snacks. The breading was so soft and had great flavor. We added a cheese dip to bring this high food up to perfection.Did you know Wetzel Pretzel's started right here in SoCal!? Redondo Beach bringing us the soft carb chains!

Conveniently located right next to the grass area and along the main walkway. Only place for a quick snack. Great for all ages especially kids.

Doubled charged me same day. Stated it would take 2 days until it returned to my bank...it did not, now i have to file for a fraud on monday. Very upset. Tried calling them and they hung up on me multiple times.Update: was emailed and error was corrected. Thank you for fixing the error. Switched to 4 stars. I know errors can be made but wad made difficult due to phone calls not being answered.

I came to the Wetzels in the Grove for a very last minute order for my son's basketball team.It was pouring rain and I ran up and asked how quickly they could make 22 fresh pretzels for me for their team.The staff couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful and they had 22 fresh pretzels out and ready in less than 15 min!I couldn't be more thankful for their help and of course the pretzels were delicious!!!Thank you!!
Wetzel's practices in false advertising. They tell you if you sign up for their app you get a free pretzel on your birthday and points each time you purchase. I came here Monday and the app wouldn't let me sign in and they wouldn't honor my free birthday pretzel or give me points for a purchase because of this. After some research it seems this happens to everyone and has been going on for quite some time so it's clearly a ploy to get you to drive all the way there then pay full price and get no rewards because they clearly have no intention of fixing this since it's been happening for so long. I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office for FALSE ADVERTISING.

Employee at this location last night (9/23) was not aware of the AAA discount. She looked confused because she wasn't aware of it or didn't have any idea what AAA was. Either she didn't know or when did Wetzel's Pretzel stop honoring the discount between AAA members.

Usually a big fan of Wetzel's, but this particular location seemed to really not handle the longer lines in a timely manner when trying to grab a quick snack while walking around the mall. There were 4-5 people in front of me which ended up taking over 30 minutes just to order. The prices have also gone up and the quality of the pretzel down. I ordered a bag of salted bitz which ended up feeling like the plain ones. They were not warm, tasted very dry and the entire salt that was meant to be on the bitz fell to the bottom of the bag because it was unable to stick. If I have a better experience next time I will update this review.
