I just want to thank Kaitlyn, for excellent customer service right before closing on July 21, 2023 me and my 80-year-old mother visited the stand and I am so surprised of being treated like a princess. I love you Caitlin thank you for buying me food from your pretzel stand thank you from the bottom of my heart it was delicious, last year I suffer from radiation and chemotherapy from my cancer and now I'm in remission and I have such a crazy appetite for strange things like pretzels with butter dipped with delicious cheese. How awesome is this place.

My kid loves the hot dog from Wetzels Pretzels. That's usually the only thing we order from there. I've have the pretzels before and I like the ones with other flavors. The plain one is OK. Need to try their cold frozen drinks...looks appealing. I like this place for the location...when we stroll around the mall...have snacks is nice to have as you window shop.Plenty of parking at the mall.

Luv their almond pretzel esp it pairs well eith glaze!!! Also, their bitz are amazing esp the pepperoni and almond!! Their cheese dip is soo yummy for all u queso lovers! Most of the workers are friendly but it says you open at 10am but everytime I go there at 10 there's a worker saying it opens at 11, and when I finally get there at 11 the lady doesn't say much and idk if it's just with me or in general. You guys should open at 10 tho I'll be there everyday I swear.

I was charged for two large drinks, although refunds were not allowed apparently, I’m not going to lie, I was a bit frustrated but since I’ve worked in a food place before I understood and he was a new worker. Very understandable but needs to be fixed and needs supervision.

I came here and I have never had a problem before but today when I went I approach the register and there was two workers one worker was working with the dough & the other girl with tattoo she was giving dirty looks there was about four people waiting and she just looks so bothered they did not pay no mind to us and not even a hello nothing she turned her back on us an act like she did not see us rude person I don't know who is working here but they need to practice better customer service you can't be mean to your customers because you don't like your job

I recommend going up the street to the Glendale galleria instead of going here. The women at this location had a bad attitude, charged me for items I didn't want, and got my order wrong. I kept trying to correct them when they repeated my order but they ignored me. When I asked for my money back for items I didn't ask for or wanted them got angry that they had made an error. They gave me the wrong drink and when I corrected that they ignored it. When I asked for their new item that they were advertising they had no clue what I was asking for.
