The woman who takes the orders is the rudest person I have ever encountered. They bring food that I didn't task for and then charged me- They forget items and then refuse to acknowledge that they did anything wrong. We waited for over 2 hours and then we received the wrong order. They lie about tips for the drivers. They charged more than what they said their fees would be. Food arrives cold. Owner is nasty and a total b--tch! Worst delivery service I have ever used! Stay away from this place unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Seriously why go anywhere else! We started using them a couple years back, then we started using Doordash and Postmates - both are OK but they always had problems finding an address, 25% of time food was wrong. WHY COOK. is always super friendly. You tend to get the same delivery people. The make you feel like you can call them at anytime (within reasonable hours) I strongly think they are going to be the only food delivery service that we are going to use.
