I was totally shocked at the quality of food here now. Food is being rushed cooked by young employees who could care less what you're eating sadly. My fries were gooey and hot dogs were barely cooked. Just shut it down and put a fat burgers there!

I do not know how long this place has been here. My beloved mom would take us here when I was in high school, in 1975. I had visted for the first time in over 30 years because I had a coupon text to me. The food was fresh, hot and the service was fast. I will return again the next time I am in the area.

Let me start by saying I don't usually leave reviews but I have to say my experience here was awful! Customer service is not their thing. I pre-ordered my food so when I got off work I could just stop by and p/u my food. (Monday 4/22 5:15) When I got to the "pick up" window the young lady ( her name tag said Kelly) just looked at me with no expression and pointed to the "order window" so I took two steps to my right and proceeded to tell the other woman that I had an order to pick up, yep had to go back to the other window to explain again, only to be told they didn't have any orders. OK so now what do I do? She gave me no answer. I said I was willing to place the order now and pay but how do I get a refund for the other order, she gave me no answer just shrugged her shoulders, RUDE!!! I go back to the "order window and place another order as I run to my car to grab my wallet the other lady calls me and says "mam we found your original order" Great! I got my food and thanked the employees and none of them said you're welcome, or apologized for the mix up, I drove home feeling so angry that I had smiled and thanked them and they just looked at me stone-faced. They need to work on their customer service skills.
