The donuts and sandwiches are awesome. Often, there a few individuals begging for money.But the service is the greatest problem here because there are only a few employees who speak or understand English. We've gotten very good service from the manager, who understands the customers. But unless you point to the item, you're liable to get the wrong order.

I had a good experience at Winchell’s. The lady who served me didn’t speak much English, but I tried to use my little Spanish to tell her what I wanted. She was very helpful and understood me well. She got me my order fast, even though the store was busy. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I got two donuts and an Oreo iced coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh. I was happy with the price too. It was reasonable for what I got. This store is doing a great job. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is tasty. I recommend it to anyone who likes donuts and coffee
