They sell you a medium cup of cappuccino for almost $4 dollars plus tax not included the cup isn’t even filled to the top the cappuccino tastes burnt the donuts are messy. The lady who took my order had a nasty attitude she didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. I kept my cool and was respectful anyway. I’m never coming back here I’m upset over the fact that the cup looks like it was drinked out of , of how much is missing out of the cup. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT CUPS FILLED HALFWAY THAT YOU PAID FOR

It was so good
Employees don't care about customers. I uploaded a picture of FLYS in the Bagel Container Glass Case... I told the Employees about it, but never removed them at that moment. I was there for Coffee and waited about 10min. to see if they would do something about it, but to my surprise, nothing was done. I was disappointed and discusted over the poor handling of food. I thru my Coffee away and stay away from this nasty location... Don't eat here unless you want Ring Warms in your stomach from eating fly larva and shit...
The tables were dirty and after asking if they could clean it the girl at the cash register handed me a dirty towel and told me to clean it myself. Very rude

One of the best coffee and cream cheese bagels in town.

This one is located by Southwest College it's my favorite spot. The place is clean, the service is excellent, and the donuts are delicious.

They need to fix the LED display on register so I can see how much I owe. The lady says the amount I owed in Spanish and I say in English I got the $9.99 combo, she gets an attitude and tells me "IN ENGLISH" I need to pay taxes too. I just wanted to know how much I owed, no attitude needed.
