I'm never ordering from here again. Every single time I order a black forest ham for delivery, they forget half of the ingredients. No bacon, no mayo, no avocado. Just ham and cheese on a dry bagel. The location near me is 1000 times better but they don't use Uber eats. Save your money and go somewhere else

I bought a donut there at midnight because i was hungry. But the i went to another place for a while few stores beside the donut. Theres a lot of parking spaces. But this Donut Shop Manager decided to get my car towed. I’m never buying winchells again.

Workers here are beyond SLOW. They stand there staring at you with the blankest, thoughtless stare as if they aren’t there to take your order then when they finally do take 15minutes to heat up a bagel.
I like these cheese rolls, especially when they come out well toasted.

Don’t waste your money on anything that uses their tap water such as their hot coffee. It has a strong taste of chlorine and overall tastes disgusting. It’s better to save your money or take the extra time to go to another donut/coffee shop.
