It's not amazing, but not the worst. Just don't get their eggs. I wonder how many people they give food poisoning to. They leave a pitcher of eggs unrefrigerated on the counter EVERY time I'm there

I went late around 12am to get some donuts for the next day. The lady at the counter was a bit slow and seem annoyed. Other than that it was business as usual

I mean it's a very basic coffeehouse experience but not in a negative way. Service on the handful of occasions here has been quick.
In fact, I must admit my last experience I ordered a coffee and donut and was freaking out internally having not felt my wallet anywhere on my persons. The worker saw me searching around (found it in my backpack) and just left donut and coffee in front of me and went on to someone else's more difficult order than came back to ring me up. That was just a kind feeling and such a rare one I would never have expected.
Location is small I recall about four tables most usually accommodated. Unlike other locations I didn't notice homeless people loitering inside (outside yes) so that way a positive considering Winchell's on I believe it is 7th St and Hoover? That has a permanent homeless residency inside store.

I wanted to try the cakes and they told me that there weren't any, that they only had meats and then they told me that they don't have bread for cakes. But the most annoying thing was the lady's attention, terrible service.
