I went to pick up an Uber order and waited 20 minutes, the order never came out. I had to leave, with nothing, I looked at people arriving and more people taking their order and the order I was waiting for never came out!???

I came this morning to get my usual ham & cheese croissant while coming in, I walk to the front waited patiently for a server. This girl who didn't have a name tag just walked passed me and skipped me to help the man behind me. Of course I was upset because I was before him and I wasn't greeted or asked if I'll been helped already but lucky Pedro M came saw and apologized for what she did. I really want to thank him because instead of standing there mad he saw she messed up and fixed it. I honesly appreciate you Pedro M. Stay doing a great job. I hope someone gives that girl a proper training before she messes up again & gets in bigger trouble smh this things can be easy avoided.

Always nice to visit Winchell's de Florencia and specially this one on my area. This place is very clean and pleasant customer service. Today I met Pedro and he is just great with people, I was in the CSR area for many years and I know when somebody is good from the moment I walk in, he made me feel welcome and his warm smile.
