Winchell's Donut House

I order a big order of turkey avocado bagels for a work event for pick up. When I pick up they gave me everything smashed in bags. I asked the person who handed me my order if I could get a couple of boxes to transfer them into so they don’t get smashed and they declined. I asked another lady if I can PURCHASE a couple of boxes for me to fix my bagels and she was going to give me the boxes but the other lady that had said no before stepping in and said: No! The boxes are for the donuts not the sandwiches. And I explained again that I was willing to pay for them and she said: No! We do t have enough boxes to be give you or sell you. I left very disappointed. I will never come back to this location. The associates have poor customer service and the place smells really bad from the amount of transients that are walking in and out of this shop. Would not recommend at all.

I had told the lady named emeli, that I wanted a pastrami sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes, and I said yes. I repeated to her 3x and I still got my order wrong, and took long with my order.

Went in there at 4am for tea and the younger Latina girl just had the stankiest face and gave me the dirtiest look as soon as I walked in. I had to be the first to say Hello and she didn’t even say Hello back, she didn’t even speak, just stared at me with a nasty look on her face. She was extremely rude while taking my order and just had a HORRIBLE attitude. She didn’t even wanna speak or answer any of my questions, I asked her for the price of the tea TWICE and she was acting like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and didn’t answer my question, even though, when she literally only spoke 2 words the entire time, she did NOT have an accent so clearly language wasn’t the issue here I don’t know what the hell her problem was. Then she rolled her eyes at me when I said “never-mind it’s ok”. What kind of costumer service is this??? Who is hiring these RUDE employees?

I don't Dine In due to too much be going On in the area. I will Stop for their Fried chicken Wings Delicious Always Fresh! Sometimes the Workers get out of place so have Check'em to let them it wasn't Me l didn't Do it! The food is up front so they do No Funny stuff to your food it can be seen through the Glass after you get'em Straight!!!

Never going to Winchell's again because I had to wait 15 minutes in line because there's only one person working and they were working on one person at a time.
All I wanted was apple fritter and couldn't get that because there's only one person working.

My complaint is that they allow people without a disabled permit to park in that area, I told them but they told me that they can't do anything, I think that if they have sicurigard they can maintain order in that.

They can't speak English in here.

The entire product is good, the problem is the girls who serve, not all of them, some of them, I asked him for Regular milk for my coffee and he got angry and treated me badly, I couldn't even explain to him that I don't like coffee with cream, that's why I asked for regular milk. gallon or regular, the service was on Saturday at 7:45 am, the girl with the bad service is the one who paints her face and eyes too much...
