I called over the phone for some information They couldn't even answer me the slightest bit they just kept hanging up on me.

My coworker and I went into this establishment this morning around 12:45 a.m. when we got off work to grab a sandwich and some orange juice. We walked in and waited at the counter while the employee named NaNa finished assisting the customer ahead of us. In the meantime some Spanish customers walked in and stood behind us. When the young lady finished she immediately started asking them what they wanted. I interrupted her to let her know that we were next in line. She was very rude and almost dismissed what I said, but she hesitantly asked what we wanted. By the time I got to tell her that I wanted a sandwich as well, she was already ringing the items up in a gesture to rush us so that she could continue with the Spanish customers that came in behind us! I am writing this review because I am tired of patronizing establishments that don't respect African American customers!!!! PERIOD When I asked the employee to give me my money back for the sandwich she said that I would have to come back when the manager was there. I tried reaching the manager via telephone and the employee that answered the phone didn't not speak nor understand ENGLISH!!!!!! She hung up on me and when I tried calling back, no one answered!!!!! I'm so frustrated with the lack of customer service skills and blatant racism these businesses dish out. I will definitely not be supporting this place again. I suggest that if you don't have people that can represent your place of business well and communicate with ALL the customers that are patrons, DON'T HIRE THEM!!!!!If I could give 0 stars for the service and treatment I received, I would because both of the ladies I encountered were just plain rude and disrespectful!

They are races & rude also got slow service overall customer service is a 1 .. acussed me of having fake money till they took it too the back and checked it smh then didn’t even apologize for the harassment wow just wow

The food is good. The service is okay.The greatest problem is that there are quite a few employees here who does not speak English and cannot serve a large majority of their customers. Everytime I've gone there, the front clerk had to call someone else to translate my order for her.

This spot has improve well from the last time I went there years back. I went there about 1140ish didn't see but one dude outside there door panhandling. Exterior still looks dusty, trash everywhere, but I did see one employee outside sweeping so I know they trying their best to make it look decent. The inside also wasn't up to par, could be cleaner I mean it's not dirty dirty but could be more presentable. The staff though were nice and friendly, food wise was good. This certain day I got a ham cheese. So Yea, if you want a donut, coffee, or just looking for breakfast stop by.

Always nice to get a donut hear it's very clean despite the fact that the homeless like to be in there but they don't bother anyone that I know of very good employees and the parking is great

First of all I order a turkey avocado bagel and I got CHICKEN WITH CHEESE or whatever it is WHERE THE F*** IS THE AVOCADO????? I paid 8$ for this trash!! and second of all I order a raisin bagel plain and I got a super hard bagel it literally felt like it has been there for a week. I tried calling them to let them know but NEEEEEEEEEEEVER ANSWER that damn phone and when they FINALLY DID was explaining what had happened to this lady and just hung up on me. Bad customer service extremely bad I would say! They need to hire people that actually want to work and respect customers the way they should be respected. After working for 10hrs and I was tired to still go home and cook this is what I get!!! Thank you Winchell's

I only had a Coffee, fair price I've seen in a while for coffee. The Coffee was a 7/10. Customer service was nothing special, they did their Job. location Is south central. Its not Beverly hills so I understand that this location will not look its best coming in. Don't have high expectations so you wont be disappointed. Its an above average coffee for a decent price (Take it or leave it attitude)

My mom loved the donuts I got her for her bday! Fresh & delicious (we ordered in the morning) also, we picked the mixed box version online & we don't get to pick the donuts so we were glad when we received a box with some good picks & variety & not just what doesn't sell (which has happened before at a different donut shop) Thumbs up
