Winchell's Donut House

I just love the taste of Winchell’s Donuts!

This Winchells is mostly spanish speaking. I asked for jelly for my breakfast sandwich, and she had to get another customer to interpret my request. As for everything else, it's Winchells.

This morning I stopped by for coffee and something to eat and got sick. I had to stop working. I had diarrhea all day and I still have a fever.

Have to get there when they open cause the donuts will be stale.

Excellent restaurant, the coffee is very good, the donuts are excellent, the place is always clean, it is in a very good location 😉 😋 👌 👍

Very good food and good smoothies or soft drinks, only if you apply for a job, there is a mmm sign waiting, they will give you a formulation, wait until they never call you.

I use to go late night and always the cashier/ cookers are so welcome . They made suggestions that I still love like the Santa Fe chicken

The food seems old and stale and the cashier not very attentive to customers waiting in line . Retraining is definitely needed on both ends.

Me and my three grandkids came in the store, right there where they keep the coffee stir and the sticks to stir the coffee. The tray was dirty and nasty hadn’t been cleaned. Just they just keep throwing the things in there. Damn my granddaughter got a doughnut with hair in it the Oreo things my grandson said it taste like milk One said it taste like water. It taste like milk and One said they don’t know what it taste like. It’s a disgrace to the name. All I can say is HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

I hate this place, every time I come there is a problem from under cooked cinnamon rolls to them trying to over charge you for things you didn’t order. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and the woman tried to charge me for a chilla which is coffee based drink and m told me that’s what I ordered when I’m clearly getting handed a strawberry smoothie with milk and what really blew my mind is that they don’t even offer “chillas” in a strawberry flavor!!. Time before that I ordered a cinnamon roll and I had to exchange it 4 times because each one was not cooked completely I settled for a glazed donut with out getting the $2 difference refunded and she told me there’s no price difference from a $4 cinnamon roll and a $2 glazed donut. This will be the last they get any money from me!! Normalize taking your business elsewhere if you’re not appreciated or treated with respect and courtesy
