I have to pay for two items now because I am a gentleman, and I don't like humiliating workers or correcting them multiple times. Firstly, I have noticed that in the mornings, some staff members display a negative attitude towards customers, often appearing visibly upset. Additionally, when asked a simple question about a product, such as a donut, the responses are sometimes accompanied by unprofessional comments and a poor attitude.
Furthermore, during a recent visit, I requested an additional charge for an item, and the staff member handling my transaction threw my card and receipt onto the desk, which I found to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful.
