ive been to many winchells, but I stick to only this one & one in east Hollywood because they always prepare my food the way I ask them too without a hesitation! Even when I order online and call in to fix some things they ALWAYS come through! I’ve been going here for 5+ years & they never disappoint!

Worst place ever there is no customer service at all I went t there just because it was on my way and needed something quick. As I walked inside there was an employee who did made eye contact with me but turn around and not even said anything so i waited for about five minutes for someone to say something maybe a ‘good morning would be with you in a min’ but nothing at all so I didn’t order anything and went somewhere else instead

Only issue is language barrier. I ordered 2 of the same item, and only got 1. Definitely have to check your orders here. Better safe than sorry.

The chicken is raw in less than 3 minutes, there are two raw sandwiches, I recommend it, delicious 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Bad attention, arrogant communication from one of those who attend. But I think she is in charge. I frequented it every morning from Monday to Friday and since she was here I only stopped by maybe once a month.
