We go get or breakfast everyday with my coworkers. The food is ok. but the service is horrible. There is a lady that is in the mornings. I believe her name is Abril. she wears glasses. she treats customers and coworkers very bad. she has very bad temper and attitude. she yells at customer and has not respect for us. she throws your food at the counter and does very bad customer service. I hope the company talks with her or I'll have to take my business somewhere else.

I think it's ridiculous that I paid about $7 for 2 coffees and a bagel with cream cheese, but since the new employee didn't charge me for the cream cheese the other employee said it'll be $3 for the cream cheese.So according to headquarters, they can technically charge the price whenever they want since the location is a Franchise. Which is kinda crazy knowing how they can basically change the cost of the merchandise.Would I recommend this location, never! It's a clean place but unfortunately it didn't meet the standard I was expecting.
