There is no staff and they are very slow. I recommend arriving 1 hour early to order and they are not friendly at all.

Extremely unprofessional. High wait times. And no patience or hospitality from the workers.

Wow the girls working there really need to learn English or listen to what a customer says. Not only did no one completely make my chilla while I’m standing waiting for my sandwich, get my sandwich have to ask for my chilla to be made. I get home and then completely made me the wrong sandwich. This place blows all you had to do was listen to what I said and they didn’t. I hate places that can’t even get a simple order right.

I'm a local, always showed respect to every employee, it's 4am and I went for a sandwich the lady that took my order was extremely rude and really mean with an attitude, I think she's having a bad night but I ended up just leaving. I didn't like her service. Y'all might wanna talk to her and get her in check

Delicious place with delicious food. Workers are almost always kind and patient. Only complaint is a couple unsanitary moments, found mold in my croissant for one. Besides those small issues that come with small restaurants, great place that's comfortable and yummy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Close parking, including specialized spots for the disabled, also easily accessible for the most part

The ladies that work during the daytime have the worst attitude if you order more than one thing like it’s your job to make sandwiches how is that my fault? And when I ask for a smoothie or a chilla they say they don’t have any I’m sure they just don’t want to make it!!

I like Winchell's Donuts, but the donuts at this location did not taste good. I bought 4 twist chocolate, and I threw them to the trash. Waste of money!

Whenever I go to Los Angeles it is a must to stop by for a coffee and some donuts, highly recommended, I like it more than Starbucks, Krispy Kream, etc.
