This review is based on their bagel sandwiches, this spot has one of the meals I miss the most when I'm away from LA I get a cold turkey breast sandwich and I'm sure it would be great on any bagel, fastest service is in the morning/afternoon, staff is always nice and quick-- also recommend chorizo w egg bagel

I have been going to this place for a long time and they have always given terrible service, especially the ones in the morning, they don't say hello, they are despots and in the kitchen they spend their time making jokes and talking. They make you wait a long time, if there was a half star option they would put that one.

I went to this place and it turns out that the person serving is not friendly at all, much less has any idea how to talk to customers... Then it turned out that she would call the police for telling her that she would make this comment...

Do not go there if you do not speak Spanish !I was there on a Monday night at 7:30pm, and the only employee there spoke no English at all, not a word, and I do not speak Spanish. I had to ask another customer who was Bilingual to translate what I wanted to the employee.Absurd !Additionally, the doughnuts are very average there, not worth the headache.I will never be back, this was my first & my last visit !And my advice to the owner would be to have employees in the store at all times who speak both English and Spanish, because not every customer speaks Spanish !!!!!

Here's the truth. The ladies who run this place are fantastic and always are prompt o everything.They are always busy and usually have fresh donuts. Now this isn't every Winchells, but this location is on point.

When they can get your breakfast sandwiches order right it's good but often something is wrong. The wait on weekend mornings can be quite long. Donuts are also gradually getting worse. Dense not soft and spongy which is sad because a decade ago this was the spot.
