Got here waited for 10 mins to be attended , stared at by kitchen worker the entire time . No one came so I ended up leaving , bad service.

Sandwiches was nasty old lettuce, skimpy on the meat no mayo, no tomatoes cheese was old. Threw it away.
Lady seemed mad at the world. No greeting, no smile no nothing. Won't be going back. And just to expensive for what was given.

I feel bad for employees bad management doesnt give a damn about this place. They make good money but dont have security. Dirty very dirty people come and use this place , be careful if you eat here

Got a dozen and ordered 2 jelly filled donuts and both were the same filling, about the size of a quarter, I remember them being made with more filling. Also I got an old fashion swirl pink donut and the bread tasted like the donut was left in oil sitting

This place is fantastic. The food was really good!

I ordered an extreme turkey melt on Uber eats and received a bacon avocado, I didn't make a big deal about it because im sure it was a mistake but when I ordered it again the following day and they gave me the wrong item AGAIN

Not im thinking these employees are flat out incompetent

Very good service, food, what I didn't like was the coffee because it lacked coffee, it tasted more like water than coffee.

I ordered a Turkey sandwich with Uber Eats delivery. I did not receive it. Also this location is always really full may be due to slow customer service, preparation etc. I don’t usually stop by for this reason.

Staff is courteous, place is clean and smells fresh.
It isa relaxing and safe environment to dime in, however,all the Winchell's I have been to has no rest room for customers. I don't like that

Don't even order here if you don't know Spanish. I had to use Google translate to communicate with the cashiers. I ordered a tuna croissant sandwhich with everything on it , a bag of chips and a drink. For 18 dollars it wasn't worth it 🤢🤮

The sandwiches are so gooddd , but when it comes to the iced coffee they are super stingy with the caramel, i tried my iced coffee and it tasted like pure coffee she told me that it’s not going to taste exactly like caramel and i asked for some more and i got charged $1.50 jus for it to have one hint of caramel . this is the only location i have that problem with.
