The staff here are really friendly. Bertha and Eric are super kind and welcoming. The manager, Elsa, is great and happy to fix any issues. The place is very clean. I’ll definitely come back!

I would give it a 0 if I could. Super slow , do not order deli food they will take ridiculously long and get it wrong and then ignore you when you complain.

I went to get a refill on my big thermo for work and I want to get fill up but the lady at night was so rude and only put on cup on my thermo less than half and I told her to fill it up because I want a refill, she answered me I only can give you one cup because that's managers order ONLY ONE CUP
ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I PAY 2 3 4 CUPS BUT FIIL MY FREAKING THERMO,I'M WORKING ALL NIGHT AND I NEED MY COFFEE,
BUT SHE REFUSED TO FILL MY THERMO.
HOPEFULLY SHE GRES FIRED BECAUSE OF HER IM MOT GOING TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE.

The attendant lied and told me and my friend that they’re selling donuts six for 499 then when I got to the register, it was about seven dollars. I had this experience last night. Customer Service wasn’t good. This is a predominantly Hispanic area, but that doesn’t mean that i shouldn’t be treated with courtesy and respect.

I was on my way to Citadel Outlets when I saw Winchell’s Donut House with my friend from Kuwait. He told me that I had to try their donuts, and the experience was truly amazing. The donuts were delicious, and the taste is indescribable—I still remember it even two weeks after the visit.

This is the place to go to get great fresh bread! The staff is super nice and attentive. I love how they have a wide selection of breads and other treats. You have to try their sandwhiches!. The coffee is good as well. If you need a little boost the red juice is the way to go. So many vitamins and supplements! Love it.
