The señoras working here are so rude. They're not welcome make no eye contact until they ask if you're ready didn't make me feel like an I can ask what they recommend I haven't been here in so many years. Don't come here if you're craving a cute little quiet relaxing morning.

Love this place. I invited my mom out to lunch and we ordered cold turkey on bagels. They were delicious!. Thank you so much! to the chef and the lady that took my order bertha.. the donuts were good too. Lol It's a nice area and There's always parking.

I ordered online the caramel iced coffee with extra caramel and what they gave me was just an iced coffee without any caramel! ?should of ordered from McDonald’s.

I'm completely baffled. It took me 20 minutes to pay for 2 donuts. They had one employee who took 10 minutes in the kitchen making a sandwich. She was flirting with what seemed to be a regular customer in front of me and other customers FOR A WHOLE 5 minutes. As if that's what I need to be hearing at Winchells. If you wanna wait an hour for service, come on in. I rather bake my own donut at this point.

Their donuts are most of time fresh, I always love them... My husband donut holes weren't a fresh he mentioned, but we will give this place another try ?

Terrible service, you wait too long and the staff who serve, I really don't know how they got the job, a horrible character. Everything is dirty and there are people drinking service at the local tables. A lot of bagabundo, that place smells ugly.
This is the most convenient location you could find. It's located near the 5 Fwy entrance on Atlantic Ave and Telegraph Rd.They have the same menu as every other Winchell's and YumYum donuts. Every sweet treat is mouth watering. Their bagels make a good meal. The coffee is strong.Vegetarian options: Donuts have no meat
Went in this morning to get my usual breakfast meal, but this time, I had a bad experience. I don't know if she's new or whatever, but the person who attended me was Miriam G. Asked for the breakfast meal and she looked at me like I was crazy and had repeated it like 3 times, and she still didn't know what I was talking about. I even pointed at the big menu, and she still didn't know what I was asking for. She charged me for only a bagel, and as I waited, I heard other customers trying to explain to her what they wanted. She definitely needs more training in her menu and items because I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person who has to explain something so simple. Definitely would like the manager to get in touch with her and test her knowledge.

The employees at this Winchells are very on point with customer service and providing fresh donuts always. They have very good Halloween designs on their donuts, my favorite is the meal deals for lunch. When I'm in the area I always stop by cause I know I won't be disappointed with quality of service and food. Whom ever owns this establishment should really look into giving these people a proper raise for the excellent service they provide customers cause they are doing something right. Keep up the good work Winchell employees.
