Winchell's Donut House

I’m scared of this place. Lady at the front is rude and has an aggressive tone.
As soon as we stepped close to the counter she yelled ‘WHAT DO YOU WANT’ I said, ‘I want to order a sandwich please’
from that point on she began to give me a really dirty look when my friend was up next she said the same thing and she was so rude. We were in the middle of ordering two sandwiches when she said again ‘OK hurry up what do you want’ at that point we decided to not purchase anything with her.
Just to paint the picture, my friend and I are 2 small young woman. We really wanted a warm good night snack and she scared us into walking back home. (9pm)

This morning Saturday August 16th I ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich . I sat daos and waited for most the 25 minutes the laid who was making my sandwich left an a different server took over she grab the glove walk towards one her coworker star talking with while my sandwich was half way down getting cold she did not show any care for customer. I order the sandwich at 8:09 am and I left at 8:35. This very unpleasant I had to at work so I left with out my sandwich. Witch I was charged 9.99 + tax
As a customer service person I all ways observed the Custer needs to acknowledge every time they enter into a business that does not happen into this place at all. I hope my money is refunded. I will never stop to purchase any from there any more it ruin my day no breaks.

I came to one of my favorite coffee shops to have a coffee and a sandwich. When I parked, I received a very important phone call, and the conversation ended up taking longer than expected. A security guard kept coming up to my car and knocking on my window, telling me to leave if I wasn’t going to the café. I simply couldn’t interrupt the call. Eventually, I had to get out and go into the café to place an order without ending the call.

Then a homeless person—who is often around this location and sometimes makes the atmosphere uncomfortable—approached me and started asking questions. I was still on the phone and responded to him rudely. He then began throwing things at the café and went over to my car, trying to break my windshield wipers.

What I want to say is that I’m a regular customer here—the food is great and the staff is always nice. But something needs to be done about the situation with the homeless people around the area. Also, I had already told the security guard that I would be going in shortly to place an order, yet he kept knocking on my window persistently.

I went here and i ordered some coffees.The lady put out in way too much coffee inside.And the cups are not even sealed right.When i was on my way home,all the coffee spilled.My kid almost cried because she was in the back seat and the coffees were in the back seat cup holders and it spilled all over her,and the reason is because the cups were not sealed right and there was too much coffee inside.

1st time trying it, and the service was terrible; the rudest cashier and they were so SLOW at making everything and the people in line literally left. the doughnuts 🍩 tasted terrible and stale
definitely stay away from this place!
