I was looking for food at 1 am and since I really like the food there, we drove 35 minutes to get there instead of going to another fast food restaurant. However, I had never regretted anything so much in my life as today because when I arrived at this restaurant (which is 24/7), I ordered 2 meals since I was with my best friend. I was going to share what I always order with him and he was going to share what he orders to see which one was better. In the meantime, we went to sit down, and the person attending the restaurant asked me with a terrible attitude which bread I wanted, to which I, who had always ordered through Uber Eats, didn't know and showed him the photo. He arrogantly told me that in the photo it looked like it didn't have vegetables and asked if it was difficult for me to say that. I patiently didn't say anything and let it go. They gave us the order and when they were making the burrito, my friend reminded him that he wanted avocado. The person reluctantly made the food and when my friend went to get the burrito, he noticed that it didn't have avocado and asked if he could add it, to which he said no, that it was already too late. So we asked him to make another one because we wanted it with avocado, and he said that if he made another one, he would charge us for it even though it wasn't our fault. Then we told him that we no longer wanted the burrito but another bagel like the one I ordered, and he said he wasn't going to make us anything. We asked for his name and he started yelling at us and saying why we wanted his name in a threatening manner. Then we told him that we understood that his job can be tiring, especially at night, but that it wasn't our fault and that he should lower his tone of voice, to which he arrogantly started insulting us and making extremely racist comments. I told him I was going to file a complaint on Yelp and he replied that I should go ahead because he didn't care because "he knows the owner" and that "I didn't know who he was", which I found totally inappropriate knowing that he owes it to customer service. Be careful, you go for food and end up receiving a string of racist insults, discrimination, and severe hate speech. Very bad customer service.

Bad customer service , she was blaming us for getting our order wrong and giving an attitude , she also has dirty hands , she dropped the knife that puts the cream cheese on my bagel & then she picked it back up & STILL used it!!! How disgusting is that, she also had a bad attitude towards us.

I brought my son here yesterday for a donut and bagel. Noelia served us and she was super nice and patient. My kid loved his donut and bagel. Also, the place was clean and the display cases were full of beautiful, colorful donuts.
The best morning stop. Fresh squeezed orange juice. To order fresh hot sandwiches. Lovely customer service.

She charged me 27 dollars for a 'mixed' dozen like how is that possible? and on the receipt it said 2 fancy half dozens so she basically charged me not even for a dozen she's making this up to overcahrge me.

I love coming here for my last minute donut cravings. I think they're open 24 hrs a day and the donuts are always fresh. They always have a good variety of donuts. The ladies that work here are always helpful and courteous, they usually give out a free donut if you purchase one dozen.Place is clean and we'll maintained.
