I always go there around 1-3 am and the employees that have nightshift there are amazing. It's the best place to get coffee once you're worn out at midnight. Though there are a few homeless people there that eat and loiter for the warmth, they're very nice and have no ill intentions. It may be a little loud there but only because of the machines that make your order. How else would your food be done? The ice coffee, hot chocolate and strawberry milkshakes are amazing. 9/10 would recommend

They have terrible attention. The employees are rude, arrogant. Last night my aunt wanted to use the bathroom and they denied it. It is worth mentioning that we go to the same place every day but how disappointing the service is. If they don't have a customer service vocation, they shouldn't work there.

Your employees not trained properly on customer service. It always seems like they don’t care about the customer. It seems like they don’t want to work. If they don’t want to work then you should hire someone else. One of the worst places I have ever been….

My wife decided to eat cream cheese bagle she had cravings for it she pregnant my wife look online menu it says $1.99 for bagel and cream cheese I got there lady was like hi how can I help you I'm how much would be for 3 cream cheese bagle $12 something oh ok for 3 $8.58 I'm like and for one $4.29 online doesn't say $4.29 I've looked at the recipe $1.99 for bagel $2.30 for cream cheese then I pay for it Ive was waiting then this other employee lady was like how order a bagle cream cheese I've walk to the glass u order a bagle cream I'm yes did u pay for I'm yes I did just now it's almost done

They had a difficult time understanding what I wanted to order. I said my order slowly and they still got it wrong. They also had an attitude while I was ordering. I just gave up and had to get going. I ended up throwing the sandwich away to be honest and just drank my cappuccino.

It says their full name on my ticket, but I’ll just give the initials D.R. Maybe someone else has a better experience ordering from this person.

I came here yesterday to get a “chilla” came in with my son and he needed to use the restroom. I asked if I can get the key to the restroom and I believe her name is “Zulema T” asked the other girl in there if it was out of order in front of me really loud so I can hear. You can tell she just asked her that so the other lady had an excuse as to why they shouldn’t let us use the restroom. The other lady said yes. I then told them there wasn’t a sign on there that says it’s out of order. She then made up another excuse which was “it’s for employees only” “not a public restroom “ I also told her there is also not a sign on there that states that. I left after getting my order. They could’ve said that from the beginning and not try and lie their way out of us or letting my son use the restroom. This place hires lying employees. Manager should be on site with all these bad reviews about workers.
