My family loves this place and I have been coming to support this black business for YEARS! I will no longer be coming here due to the horrible service that I received from a young lady who claims to be the manager.
When I walked in she was playing with the phone but never would answer to take orders nor acknowledge me until I asked to be helped. She was in a rush and acted like she understood the order only to get it wrong. She finally paid attention and got the order taken down correctly. Next the food was done and they usually show you the food but there was a new girl there and she didn’t show me the food a the way (my fault for not checking behind her) possibly because she was overwhelmed.
I get home all the way to Venice during rush hour only to find the order completely wrong. When I called to inform the order was incorrect she refused to listen and then started making light of the situation telling all the employees “SHE’S MAD BECAUSE HER KIDS MEALS WERE WRONG AND SHE LIVES IN VENICE” as if time/money are not her concern. The owner them gets on the phone and attempts to rectify the situation. He tells me I’ll make your order and I’m sending her home for the evening. I finally make it back to the store and of course she’s there so we get into it.
I really enjoyed coming here because of the owner and how nice he is but if this is the kind of customer service his so called mandates offer then I will take my business somewhere else! Food is way too expensive to treat your loyal customers in this manner and I’m highly disappointed. We always say spend within our community but our community does not always focus on the customer aspect of things! It’d be a shame to lose your business behind someone else tearing it down!
The Mickie Mix and Lemon Pepper Wings is my favorite, never had small wings, never had bad service or nothing out of order, this is my wing and loaded bake potato place and the owner is always there with nothing but smiles and making sure your order was correct.

One of the best places I have ever been to for wings. Got the 10 piece with 5 buffalo HOT and lemon pepper. They were sooooo amazing. Waited between 5-10 mins for them. Definitely worth the hype!! Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!!!!!
I ordered lemon pepper or zeke flavor or whatever it’s called lunch special and 10 piece, added 5 wings, and garlic fries from uber eats and was sent the smallest part of my $40 order ($8 lunch meal) and the 5 tiny baby wings and 10 French fries with no flavor, I have to use my own bbq sauce!
