Used to be one of my favorite spots not anymore, ordered the lemon pepper, 10 piece wings, the wings were not done, nor did they have the seasoning it was supposed to have. It was mostly lemon juice no pepper, no nothing.. the baked potato it was not season did not look like the picture Waited 40 minutes paid almost $28 for nothing,… as I was sitting there, waiting for my order, another customer came in complaining saying they gave her hard fries, and they tried to give me somebody else’s food cannot find my order, a total mess… they are understaffed for that establishment to be as busy as it is they need to be fully staffed so food can be cooked accordingly and customer should not have to wait. 40 minutes for 10 pieces of wings and a baked potato , as I said, it WAS ! one of my favorite places they are back there rushing trying to get all the orders out, and the quality of the food is horrible now , if you smoke marijuana, you will love it but myself as a foodie … I will never be back here again they have lost my business ….

Somebody at my job shared their Kim Potato with me…it was GOOD.So I decided to come try it in person. This time time I bought the Ellis Fries and Grampa Garlic Parmesan wings. They are delicious too. I’mma definitely be back.

The potato? had not an atom of salt or pepper butter oh is that something usually put on the potato? The topping was absent of seasoning it was blah... 1st and last visit!!! wasn't worth my Dime or Time ... wings had a little seasoning.

Sadly to announce today was the worst service ever. My fries were super hard and stale like. The chicken was over cooked like Jerry style.I called to see if it could get a new order, but I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 27 seconds. Then the called dropped. Never had the chance to speak with anyone.
First time experiencing this establishment on the recommendation of my “mom” Both my daughter and my self.Even though we were a few minutes before they actually opened. It was raining outside. And the owner and staff welcomed us in with smiles and outstanding customer service. The Food was AMAZING. High recommend the “Kym” Loaded baked potato with parm And the Lemon pepper Chicken.Willie THANK YOU for making it an Amazing first time experience.Just know you have 2 new customers
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The wings were not flavorful and took over 40 minutes! I live in the ghetto but This is GHETTO. Upon walking up to the cashier Willie w. I was not greeted nor was acknowledged. The people here do not make customer service a priority. Frowning faces and attitude. Just a HORRIBLE environment overall. -Please just go to your local wingstop instead, had the munchies and they killed my high.
