I walked into Wingstop around 7:47 PM to pick up my order, which included wings and the free 5 wings promotion they were offering. The store was crowded, with many people waiting or still ordering at the counter. I understand that it was a busy evening, but the experience I had clearly showed poor customer service and a lack of communication from the staff.
I approached the pickup area and showed my order details on my phone to two employees at the front. One Hispanic man and one Hispanic woman. I showed them my name and showed my order more than once. They both saw it. But instead of giving a clear update or showing basic courtesy, the Hispanic woman rolled her eyes at me and other customers. That kind of reaction is unprofessional, especially during a high-volume time.
A simple response like, “Your order is coming up soon,” or even, “Thank you for your patience,” would have made customers feel seen and respected. But the silence and the attitude only made things worse. I overheard another customer who had ordered at 7:30 PM still waiting at 7:59 PM, visibly frustrated. There was no apology or explanation given to them either.
When a business tells customers to go to the pickup counter and confirm their name, it should not lead to eye rolls or dismissive behavior. It felt like staff were annoyed just for having to do their job. That is not acceptable.
The entire situation showed a lack of proper training, leadership, and communication. No one was managing the floor. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, and customers were left confused and ignored. It reflected poorly on the store.
This experience was disappointing. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve how their team communicates and treats customers, especially during busy hours. A little respect and basic updates can go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.

This wingstop is by the USC. I was there on 06-19-25 around 2:00pm. I spent 50 dollars for a family meal. The chicken strip were hard and those were for my kids, the wings were flavorless, my fries weren't fully done. I'm actually gonna stop eating out for a while.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Wingstop location, and I feel compelled to share it—not just for myself, but as a warning to others.
I walked in and waited in line for over 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the employee Edwin completely ignored me and allowed two women who arrived after me to cut in front and place their order. He didn’t ask who was next, didn’t acknowledge me, and when I spoke up, he brushed me off with, “I already started their order,”—as if that made it okay to skip someone who had been clearly waiting.
I’m a Black customer, and the women he served first were Hispanic—like him—and while I can’t say for certain, it felt very personal. Whether it was discrimination, favoritism, or just plain disrespect, it was unprofessional, rude, and deeply uncomfortable.
This experience completely changed the way I view this location. If you’re someone who expects to be treated with basic respect and fairness—especially if you’re a person of color—you may want to think twice before coming here. No one deserves to be disregarded, dismissed, or made to feel less than because of who they are.
I truly hope corporate takes this seriously. Edwin’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand. Until there’s accountability and proper training at this location, I won’t be returning—and I suggest others don’t either.

Food is good, service is normal. It's very difficult to find parking and their fountain drink machines are always out of service or soda.

Horrible place! Took an hour for my order to come out wrong . I ordered a 20 boneless original hot but instead got a 10 LEMON PEPPER . Outrageous. Every time I come here they don’t serve wings instead they serve chicken nuggets . What is that . I need a refund and a Time Machine for my time wasted . Don’t come here .

Ridiculous "rules" I ordered 8pc combo and wanted a 6pc wings only but they said I could only get the 5pc if it wasn't a combo then the 5pc does come with ranch u have to pay $2 to get a ranch if I order wings no matter how many I should at least get 1 sauce

The food was good. The chicken wings can be a little bit more tender. Sometimes they're a little bit dry.
