Definitely never ordering from here again.
I been trying to get a refund for 1 month now and the manager and crew aren’t doing anything about it. The manager Greg has never called me and Monica said she’ll pass on the message but i dont know what is happening that they are not taking responsibility of their mistake so they decide just to ignore the customer and deny their money.

I ordered the boneless wing deal, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The wings were overcooked, so hard that there was no meat inside. The pieces were also very big, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I haven’t been back since, and after this experience, I don’t plan on returning

Wings are usually overcooked, not fresh and the fries are soggy (I have to go home and cook them in my air fryer for them to be edible). They always have the most rude and unpleasant staff.

Even picking up an online order is an ordeal. The staff will do whatever they can to ignore the line of customers, even being on their personal phones.

I love wingstop so this hurts. They forgot majority of my order which I wasn’t even mad about, and I gladly went back to the store to simply ask for a refund on the items I didn’t receive. They were hesitant to issue me and refund which was slightly confused me but assured me the manager would go through and refund those items. It’s been 10 days and they have yet to refund my items and aren’t trying to help. So frustrating.

I can only vouch for the fries, other than that food is totally awful.
Plus expensive, not to mentioned total tax twice?see my receipt and check!
Chicken was not that good at all. Will never come back, not even dare to try other places of wingstop. Complete waste of money.

If you want to grab a late night bite don’t come here . I called in to place an order and the person who answered hung up on me . She mumbled something and then hung up . I called and now the phone never got picked up again . So I decided to go in person and see what’s going on . So I try to place an order in person and the same person who hung up on me is the person telling me she can’t take my order and I must place order online. Come to find out that this person is a manager with poor English . Then proceeds to ignore me and clean the floors . Floor water literally went up towards the prep area so I can only imagine the cleanliness of the prep surfaces . So instead this young woman instead took my order . It’s incredible that a crew member took initiative and helped me rather than the manager . I can only imagine how this manager treats the employees . Honestly everything was bad . When I did receive my food I received burnt wings . Almost felt like retaliation since the manager was going out of her way so I don’t order wings . Overall Food was 2/10 . This manager needs to be terminated . Broken English , poor management skills , and terrible attitude.

The service was great. They have plenty of parking and a public restroom. The food was hot and seemed fresh. Unfortunately, after eating I had a really bad stomach ache that lasted two days. We got the chicken sandwich and both got sick. The wings are normally delicious. Five out of ten recommend.

The place is a little old and sad, service is ok. The food is good for fast food but the pricing!! $20 for what? 8 tiny pieces of chicken? I mean I’d pay $12-15 it sounds more reasonable.
