Ordered by phone just 20 wings…she said 20 minutes…I got there in 25 minutes…wings weren’t ready until 60’minutes…no sorry, nothing

I haven't eaten here in years! I used to really enjoy the food at Wingstop. It was as good and tasty as I remember! I asked the server how long and he delivered!! Kudos to Wingstop staff!! The restaurant was clean and atmospheric!

Wingstop is my go to place to sit and take a break.There are tables to sit and relax with a friend or a group.They offer as ll kinds of different wings from barbecue to honey mustard.Burgers are also offered as well on their menu.

I love Wingstop but this one in particular always messes up every delivery we have received. Items missing, incorrect sauces, wrong sizes for drink sizes, and Dr. Pepper that is never correct because their machine seems to be broken. This is unfortunately the nearest one to me.

Walked in at 10:50am on 3/10/25. Was told to come back at 11:30am because they weren’t open yet. The posted opening time is 9:45am. Both on this page and on their website. Someone’s lying….

Definitely never ordering from here again.
I been trying to get a refund for 1 month now and the manager and crew aren’t doing anything about it. The manager Greg has never called me and Monica said she’ll pass on the message but i dont know what is happening that they are not taking responsibility of their mistake so they decide just to ignore the customer and deny their money.

First of all no one answer the phone 😒 food was delivered with the seal open 🙄 need to post a picture but I don't see any way to do so .I need my money back 😪 this is really sad 😔

I ordered the boneless wing deal, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The wings were overcooked, so hard that there was no meat inside. The pieces were also very big, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I haven’t been back since, and after this experience, I don’t plan on returning

Wings are usually overcooked, not fresh and the fries are soggy (I have to go home and cook them in my air fryer for them to be edible). They always have the most rude and unpleasant staff.
Even picking up an online order is an ordeal. The staff will do whatever they can to ignore the line of customers, even being on their personal phones.
