This experience was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a takeout restaurant. I entered this restaurant at 6:11p and team members were counting money and taking orders. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me. 5 min later, someone asked me if I was picking up or ordering. I said ordering. I waited an additional 5 min before the “manager” Darlene came out and started to assist with counting money. I asked if someone was taking orders because I had been patiently waiting. I do understand, being a long time store manager and district manager in retail. Darlene, the “manager” said they were doing a shift change and I had to wait until they were done. I responded with the fact that there were three registers and 3 team members standing there. She started making excuses as to what they were doing. That’s not my concern. Such unprofessional conduct from a person in leadership. The correct thing to do should have been to let me know what was happening and that someone would be right with me. I’d accept that. She then proceeded to go to the kitchen area and chastise team members to where customers can hear her. This person does NOT belong in leadership and I am extremely disappointed with this location and establishment. It definitely makes me question the people who promoted her to lead people. The team also exhibit lackluster attitudes about helping people. This needs to be addressed, but she needs to be retrained on the customer experience.

This place sucks. They had a promo deal and had everyone and their mom standing there. Waiting for orders crammed in the store, with barely any communication coming from behind the cash register. A woman had ordered an hour and a half prior. When she asked for her order, the cashier printed a new order ticket. Meaning who knows where my order could be. They had loads of bags sitting there. With no one handing them out or calling the names. These people working there were understaffed but also incompetent. This is the worst experience. I will not be coming back to this trash.
