Yareli took my order with little to no politeness or manners. When we walked in, another guy was in front of us and we stood there aimlessly without Yareli asking who was next or if we wanted to order. She didn’t say a word, and we felt like she did not want to help us at all. Beyond that, it seems like she did not want to be at her job or do her job whatsoever. Rude behavior and condescending demeanor. I would recommend training your staff at the register with some etiquette. Will not be returning to this specific location.

The quality is going down! The boneless chicken is always full of fat and gristle... That ir it's just so overcooked that it's turning extremely rubbery for 3 times now. I'm very disappointed. I love Wingstop but I'm genuinely Afraid to try again. It's not cheap!

Eusenda, the "manager" left me hold for a takeout order for 15 minutes. I had to physical go through store to remind her that I was left on hold because she was on her iPhone on TikTok and texting. I then proceeded to tell her she needs to do better at her job and apparently and I quote "she doesn't give a f***" and try's to get me out the store. I don't believe this person to be the manager but just some food for thought. Would never come back to this location lol!
I don't think this place opens until 11PM. I wanted a late night meal and tried to call them as well as order online. They were both unavailable at 10:30PM. This is tragic :( I just wanted some fries and fried chicken!

I rarely leave reviews but I'm leaving one now because of Laura. We had a serious issue with Uber eats being awful, and Laura went above and beyond, left us sweet messages and a treat, even though it was Uber eats's mistake. Thank you so much Laura, you made our day.
