Ordered literally $70-80 worth of food. Mine was COMPLETELY wrong, and I had to fight to get that refund which they barely wanted to do. When my friends finished their portion of unseasoned dry wings, one of them noticed their chicken inside was still pink. They felt sick the next day. I tried to call to get a full refund and one of the employees said they’ll speak to a manager instead of allowing me to speak to the manager myself. I never got the refund. I try not to be a Karen because I’ve worked in food industries myself but they’re acting like I’m asking them to give me their own personal money back or something. I promise you that licking boots will only get you so far. This is a scam place.

Employees are always very nice and patient even tho 50% of time they get my order mixed up they always manage to get it right asap. Every wingstop has messed up my order so I’m used it now lol I understand it’s a very busy environment.

Our first visit to Wingstop Centinela. We were immediately greeted by Michelle as we walked in the door. It was quite obvious we had never been there before, and didn’t know how to order. Michelle walked us through the process and advised us as to the different choices we had, and even gave us little samples of the different sauces. Our food was hot and tasty. We felt welcomed from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food came out in just a few minutes. We will certainly be back.Parking: No problem. Big lot.

I ordered my order online and the app told me it would be ready in 40 minutes, ok after 40 minutes I was there and an employee told me that what I had ordered was not available, telling me if I would like to place another order and wait longer, I said no, she was supposed to cancel it, ok, but that was 7 days ago and I still haven't received my money back in my account. I won't go back to this place again and I don't recommend anyone to go there either, because they don't know how to work. Value your money and go to better places. I simply didn't get my 20 dollars back. What's its name?

This is my favorite Wingstop location. I've gone to several establishments where sometimes the wings are small, but the wings here are actually sizable, flavors are immaculate, and delicious. The restaurant is pretty small in size so I typically order online for takeout which is the move. It typically only takes 15-20 min for them to be ready! Usually add some broccoli for some greens to add into this delicious meal.

Wings are typically overcooked as many locations typically do unfortunately. If I had teeth that could comfortably chew through bone and hardened meat I wouldn't complain.

When I say terrible, I mean terrible. The wait times were long, they were playing loud ghetto murder rap music. I thought this was a family establishment. Who's the owner? Does he or she even know what's going on in there? The girl who said she was the manager Sati or Seti is absolutely loud disgusting horrible and rude! She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Very disappointed in this location. Do better.

Hardly ever answer their phone and when they do I was put on hold for 15 minutes while you could hear them in the background chit chatting. I had to hang up and call again. Placed my order and the person tone of voice that answered the phone sounded bothered.. nope not ordering again
