It is essential for businesses to treat their customers with respect. This establishment has transitioned to a cashless model and does not accept Mastercard, which can be seen as discriminatory towards Mastercard users. I was looking forward to dining at Wingstop, but it seems they are not interested in my patronage. Additionally, not everyone owns an iPhone, so I do not have access to Apple Pay. It is indeed accurate that a single experience can influence future decisions. Consequently, I have decided that I will not return to any Wingstop location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I attempted to place a phone order and the girl who answered the phone was very rude (she refused to disclose her name) made a remark “I don’t need your attitude” when explaining the phone is cutting in and out due to reception she then placed the call on hold when returned to the call I asked to speak to her manager she impersonated herself as the manager then changed it to the store leader I then drove to the location to speak to the manager in person regarding her rude and horrible service when calling to place an order manger Jose was very helpful and did confirm he will address the matter with her!!!! Please see below image of employee!!!!
