I recently visited Wingstop and unfortunately had a terrible experience. First and foremost, the food I received was raw, which is completely unacceptable. It raised serious concerns about the kitchen's cleanliness and food safety standards. Speaking of cleanliness, the store itself was very dirty, making it hard to enjoy the meal I was hoping for.

To make matters worse, when I brought my concerns to the attention of the manager, Jayven, he was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he dismissed my complaints and made me feel unwelcome calling me a racial slur “n” it caused me to cry. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I won't be returning to this location again. And neither should you

Giselle (name on receipt) which was the young lady that took our order was honestly the best part of our whole experience, from walking in to sitting down to leaving! It was so busy when we walked in she was on the phone taking and order and as soon as she got off she greeted us with a beautiful smile apologized for the delayed and was patiently helping me decided my order because I was being indecisive lol. Anywho we figured that out and she then asked if we were dinning in, she noticed a dirty table and said I can clean that for you and she did. Then when our food came out they didn’t make my order correctly and she offered to take it back, we aren’t difficult and didn’t want to keep waiting so I just asked for the missing ingredient on the side and she grabbed that for me. Now to the food, we got 30 bone in wings, size are good, they were too dry however, lacked sauce on my original hot, the atomic wings my bf loved definitely spicy, the mango habanero was also yummy and spicy. They skipped out on veggies gave us a big container with 5 of each celery and carrots (crazy for the size of the meal ordered). The food overall was ehh not sure it was worth the $65 for the quality. However I’ll say it again Giselle was the best part without her I would have just been annoyed at the price and the fact that my order was missing its ingredient.

Vegetarian options: Why you would go to a chicken place for vegetarian options no clue but they have celery, carrots and fries.

Parking: It’s located in a shopping center area with a lot for parking.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a restaurant they have busted chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Located on a bottom floor and chairs move to fit wheelchair.

I don’t know if the cashier is awake or not. He doesn’t know what boneless mean. I Wasted my 20 minutes. The manager don’t know how to say sorry but waiting for customer say ‘thank you’

Very bad experience...!! Try to place an order by phone this Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:00 pm. And I received very bad service from the staff, they sounded very racist and said that no one there spoke Spanish and that they did not understand when I tried to place my order in Spanish. Obviously I speak Spanish and English but I did it to see how trashy Latin people themselves are. I feel that a service like this does not bring anything good to businesses like these. I will try to make a report to another entity so they can see what service is being provided there.

This location is the worst. The employees at the register are rude and incompetent so I started ordering online to avoid issues. Still issues. I order all flats, they give drums and flats. I order lemon pepper they give Louisiana rub, I order extra ranch they never put it in the bag. I don’t know what the issue is. If you guys are going to charge extra for every little thing atleast include the items your customers are paying extra for.
