Very bad experience...!! Try to place an order by phone this Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:00 pm. And I received very bad service from the staff, they sounded very racist and said that no one there spoke Spanish and that they did not understand when I tried to place my order in Spanish. Obviously I speak Spanish and English but I did it to see how trashy Latin people themselves are. I feel that a service like this does not bring anything good to businesses like these. I will try to make a report to another entity so they can see what service is being provided there.

I ordered the food to be "extra well done" it was not. In fact, it resembeled baked chicken. Five were garlic parmesan that had little to no parmesan on them. They were fatty and soft, not crispy at all. They were disgusting. I went to give them back to wingstop. The manager offered to make them again, but i had to go back to work. They couldnt make them crispy the first time. How is this location still in business? Who else eats soggy fried chicken? I have never had soggy fried chicken. I was disappointed

I never write reviews but this was just so ludicrous...So to start off the lady taking my order made me repeat it 6 times it was not complicated at all I simply asked for extra seasoning on the wings and fries....she still did not understand I made her read it back to me it was wrong I end up repeating about 5 more times and she says she got it...I shouldn't have believed her...she actually ended up adding 2 items I never asked for...charging me for them but not giving them to me...it's really not hard at all every item was wrong after 15+ times reappearing slowly to her a very simple order it was still wrong...

I was looking forward to trying Wingstop for the second time but to say that I'm disappointed is truly an understatement. They were the driest and most inedible wings I've ever had. To make it worst, I couldn't even taste the garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper flavor. Even the salty, soggy cheese fries were better than the chicken. In the end I could only finish half of my wings. I'll just stick with my usual crispy flavorful korean fried chicken elsewhere.

This location is the worst. The employees at the register are rude and incompetent so I started ordering online to avoid issues. Still issues. I order all flats, they give drums and flats. I order lemon pepper they give Louisiana rub, I order extra ranch they never put it in the bag. I don’t know what the issue is. If you guys are going to charge extra for every little thing atleast include the items your customers are paying extra for.

WHOEVER IN THE KITCHEN WHOEVER ON WING DUTY SAUCING IT UP!!! I hope you get the cold pillow at night, and may you guys always get green lights at the stop lights.... Just the right amount of sauce on the wings!! Fries were crispy but soft !! Ranch filled to the top !! LOVE IT hahaha my go to Wingstop !
I have ordered from this location via their own app and there is always an issue with my order. This is the last time I'll be purchasing from this location. My order was never delivered when I did not ask for a contact less delivery. The manager said they were unsure if I will get my money back because there was a picture. This is a horrible location and I do not recommend.

My family did an online Uber eats order with this location and our order had missing items, and they were skimped! I've heard poor things about this location before but we gave it another try and sadly, it was bad! You're better off choosing the next nearest wingstop location yall :(

This is my go to wingstop, I love this location, customer service is top tier especially today the gentleman who took my order around 6:30pm, but I found a hair in my fries so that kinda messed up my whole meal so unfortunately I won't be coming back It was good while it lasted
