I visited this Wingstop location today, September 29, 2024, and as a long-time fan of the chain, I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a 10-piece boneless wing meal, but they tasted as if they had been refried—very dry and resembling small popcorn chicken rather than boneless wings. For $20, I expected much better quality; I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I can't help but wonder what has happened to Wingstop's standards.

This place is okay. Staff is a bunch of teens so the service is so so. Order was place via phone and was ready on arrival. I was greeted and help pretty fast. The parking situation is definitely bad. Not a lot of parking so if you don't have any patience, don't order during busy hours. I would be back tho. Not as bad as people make it seem.

Have been here before and went in today because it is very hot, for a cup of ice water. Was denied a simple request of water on one of the hottest days of the summer. I asked if she could asked someone else, to which she replied she's in charge. She was not wearing wearing her badge either so could not get a name but she had tattoos. I understand the area she is in but it is summer and turning away water for a thirsty person is just inhumane in my eyes.

This location had the worst food ever!! I am from Atlanta GA and the Wingstop there are excellent. Even in the hood, the locations are pleasant. The staff didn't follow instructions with my order. I love my wings extra done and extra wet with the sauce!!!!!??. The service was terrible!! If I am paying my money for great service, I absolutely expect that the service is amazing. I am extremely disappointed!! Please treat your customers with respect.
My fries are not seasoned. Why? It's the only reason I tet the fries.

Ordered online with a scheduled pick up time. Called to change for an earlier pickup, they couldn't find the order despite providing an order number and being charged by my bank. The guy insisted they couldn't do anything, no apology. 30 min after the convo, he calls without an apology and says they got the ticket. And could be ready. Decided to go pick up, the girl with the glasses looks annoyed and just tosses my bag of food. Their customer service sucks.

Just started going here, love the regular wings... Perfect amount of spiciness. Only down side is this place is in a very small strip mall so parking is definitely an issue. I usually order in advance and bring someone with me to run in and pick up the order.
