Wingstop near my house is always on point. The food is consistently good, juicy, and fresh every time I come here. The service is great too—there’s always someone at the front ready to help, which I really appreciate. My only small complaint is the atmosphere outside: the parking lot is tight with limited space, and there are often homeless people around. Other than that, the food and service keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

This was the first and last time I come to this location. The wings were extremely dry and hard. I called but stated I needed to go back with the wings. I will not be driving 1 hour going back and forth. Truly disappointed.

So I ordered takeout and leave trusting they put my whole order there and when I got home half my order is missing, I have to go back to the restaurant cuz they had me on hold on the phone for a long time and then when they finally answered just once, they clicked on me after they were no help and we have to go back to the store my food is cold and they can’t even offer anything fix I had to wait more to get my food redone

Refused Restroom Access - Clear Violation of California Law!!

On August 10th, I came to this Wingstop as a delivery courier to pick up an order. I asked to use the restroom, but the woman working the night shift rudely told me, “Do you asking me ‘Am I sure it’s doesn’t work?!’” and denied access, claiming it was “not working.” I know for a fact the restroom was functional - this was simply an excuse.
This is a direct violation of California AB 701 / Labor Code §6403.5, which requires businesses to provide restroom access to delivery drivers picking up orders. Denying this right is illegal, and I will not tolerate it.
The employee on duty that night should be disciplined or terminated for her unprofessional behavior. I intend to return at another time and request restroom access again. If I am denied once more, I will file a formal legal complaint with all the evidence I have collected.
This kind of treatment toward workers is unacceptable. Businesses must respect the law and basic human dignity.

This is my first time coming to this wing stop. For starters, the food is alright.
The drinks thou. It taste like tap water . Like they gotta add a filter or something because I don’t like the taste of the drink.

We ordered to be delivered
They didn't give the driver our 2 drinks, I kept calling the store, and the line was busy all the time, I think they do it in purpose so they don't get any calls!
I want to be refunded for the drinks I didn't receive or at least a coupon code for my next purchase ugh!!!!

How the hell you sell boneless wing without sauce and your a wing place I bought two orders of wings and had to pay for a second sauce

The wings are way better than BWW by a Longshot. My only gripe is the stinginess on the dipping sauces. How does a 50pc order of wings just include a single dipping sauce? Should come with 3 at least IMHO. It's about $90 for that order, you can throw in 2 extra dipping sauces. Aside from that little fail, everything else was solid. I also wish they'd label the containers so we're not guessing which is which.

Customer service is very bad. They ran out of french fries seasoning and didn't tell me. I confronted them and they said they ran out. Ok!?
