Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

While the wings were warm they were also really dry. It felt like we were chewing cardboard. They gave me 2 extra wings and I think it is because some wings were really skinny and one of them was filled with feathers, it really disgusted me and completely ruined my appetite.

I love wing stop and the 20 boneless and fry's for $17 is just amazing. Usually this location is great but my lady visit the other day was one of my worst ones.. when they called my name as my order ready they hand me the bag I open look for my ranch yes they was there put it on top of my stroller and they call me back and the lady takes my bag digs her hands all over my fry's as she raking out the wing box and said oops and put my wing box in the bag sloppy. And I grabbed baged and left when I arrive home I open wing box wrong wings. I walked a good distance to get to the location and bk home I wasn't about to walk again to get my order. Very disappointed

The food was okay but everytime I go to that Wingstop the ranch is always warm or just saggy the place isn't good there isn't a good sitting just dirty the service was really good overall it's okayParking: There isn't a lot of parking every parking is always taking

I really don't like this place. On one order my wings were extremely small and, and then my order tonight the fries were cold and not seasoned, and my drink wasn't even the right one. Both bad experiences because they ruin the food isn't enjoyable. Avoid this place.
