The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

I'm a wing connoisseur and Wingstop is def one of the better spots! Their boneless lemon pepper is delicious- crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just the right amount of flavor. The service is usually super fast and friendly too. My only gripe is the prices have been creeping up lately, but I guess you get what you pay for. Still, a solid 4 stars from me. I'll be back for sure! 👌

Ordered a 10 piece boneless combo with an additional boneless 10 piece. Both with a ranch and then an additional ranch. 8/20 wings were missing, all wings were bone in, all three ranches missing, and given a blue cheese, with the drink being wrong and 3/4 the way filled and the fries loose in the bag n cold. Truly crazy. Uber eats gave me $2 back.
