I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Wingstop has seriously been on fire lately! My recent order was the 10-piece Boneless Lemon Pepper Wings, a Garlic Parmesan Sandwich, and, of course, that amazing ranch. Honestly, it feels like the sauces are getting more addictive every time I go—everything was freaking bomb.
First, let’s talk about those Lemon Pepper Wings. Crispy, perfectly coated, and bursting with flavor. Every bite had me hooked. And then there’s the Garlic Parmesan Sandwich—so much flavor packed into every bite. The garlic-parm combo is killer, and it hits just right without being too heavy.
But I have to say, the ranch might be the actual MVP here. It’s insane! At this point, I literally can’t eat anything from Wingstop without it. I don’t know if it’s the wings making the ranch taste better, or if the ranch is making the wings taste even more amazing, but either way, I’m not complaining!
Overall, Wingstop has been on point these past couple of visits. Everything is consistently flavorful and fresh, and I can’t get enough. Whether it’s the wings or the sandwich, it’s all a 10/10 experience. Just make sure you never run out of ranch!

Ive gone to many wingstop locations and this location is by far the best. I was greeted and helped by Victor Rios. He was friendly enthusiastic and helpful with my order. He even made sure everything was correct when my order came out. Thank you Victor, this my go to spot.
