Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

I had an issue with a missing item and was initially met with a dismissive supervisor. Thankfully, I was helped by Zitlaly, who completely turned the experience around. She listened, resolved the issue quickly, and made me feel valued as a customer. Because of her, I’ll continue coming back even after the consistent mistakes if she continues to be there I will continue to due business with the company. She truly deserves a higher position—her professionalism and care are outstanding. Her leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for customers are exactly what every company should value in their team.
