Had an issue with a previous DoorDash order that had items missing, thankfully I called wingstop and they were able to recompense me and helped me out a lot! Management is 10/10!! Thank you to the staff as well
I had an issue with a missing item and was initially met with a dismissive supervisor. Thankfully, I was helped by Zitlaly, who completely turned the experience around. She listened, resolved the issue quickly, and made me feel valued as a customer. Because of her, I’ll continue coming back even after the consistent mistakes if she continues to be there I will continue to due business with the company. She truly deserves a higher position—her professionalism and care are outstanding....
Outside the small and cramped parking lot, the restaurant itself is nice. The employees were nice and accommodating. I wasn't a fan of the wing seasoning, though. Next time, I'd just get unseasoned and dip it. Fries could have been fried just a bit longer to get a crispness.
