Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I placed an order through the wingstop website last month and never received my food. I received a message from the delivery driver that the delivery was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store that same day and have been getting the run around. every time I call I'm told to call again. I paid almost $90 for food I never received and the store knows I never received my oder because they are the ones who told me the delivery driver stole my food.

Damien did you outstanding job handling a customer issue and turned our household in big fans of our local wing stop. If wasn’t for Damien making sure we were taken care we would’ve been hungry and sad but david got connect with the players and was able to help things get in our favor. And food was excellent please this wing stop keep caring for your community and you will be in business for a very long time and promote Damien he’s an excellent face to ur franchise

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!
