Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

So far, this has been one of the nicer Wingstop establishments I have been to. Really, like the pickup window being separate from the ordering counter. Came on a Monday at 845pm, I tried getting Coke Zero, but the machine was out. When I brought it to the staffs attention, they said they would check it. A few minutes later, they informed me that they didn't have any but didn't bother putting up a sign or anything.There is limited parking, didn't get a look at the bathroom.

2/13/24 Ordered a simple meal. Fries and wings. Got home and found out the fries were missing from the order. I called and spoke to a female and was told they would refund me for the side of fries. Some lie about a 3-5 days waiting period for the refund. It never happened. Lesson learned: check the order before leaving. The wings looked pretty sad with no fries.

We stopped by as a little snack. But Brandon changed that. He had successfully convinced of wanting more. We got 15 piece and wouldn't be the same without him. He ate and left no crumbs and so did we. Get this man a raise asap.

Recently opened location off Figueroa St. Our cashier was very friendly and welcoming. Interior is clean and let's hope it stays that way as they're only going on two weeks since opening. I've been to other locations that have seen better days. There will be a wait until your order is ready, so it helps to order ahead. I arrived on a Sunday night, so about a 15-20 minute wait. This is located in a small plaza, so there is a small parking lot. The spaces are a bit tight and may be hard to find a spot since there is a laundromat in the plaza.
