They never fail to mess up my order . Everytime I order boneless they give me bone in and a whole different flavor than what I asked for and try to tell me I ordered a different flavor . I even said I have a screenshot of what I ordered and they said “yeah we can see your order here too. Okay?? So make it right . I hate this location

I was EXTREMELY turned off by my experience here at this store location. It seems the staff is sorely understaffed at night, and they simply don’t care how they serve people. As I walked in… I was not even greeted. The staff members kept moving back and forth behind the counter as if I was not even there, as they chatted and laughed loud obnoxiously amongst themselves. Then one Spanish gentleman came up to finally ask me about my order. He located it, gave it to me. And I DID appreciate the fact he addressed me as “Sir” and not “buddy” or “bro” or “boss”, but SIR. That was very respectful. Once I reached home, and opened the bag and took out the food, the first thing I noticed, is that I received less boneless chicken, than I ordered. I ordered your “20 for 20 deal” (with seasoned fries and a drink on the side). There were only 14 pieces of boneless chicken in the box. As I tasted the seasoned fries, they were practically cold and not properly heated or cooked. The fountain drink was also flat. I was mainly disappointed by the insulting less amount of chicken I received, when I specifically ordered 20 pieces of BBQ boneless chicken. The staff was poorly understaffed, with only 2 people working. I watched as one of the associates kept walking out to a car parked in the parking lot, and very obnoxiously laughing with some of her “friends” who were in the car… she kept walking in and out the store, acting very “whatever”, ignoring the line of people who were waiting in the store for service, and one guy was in the kitchen area, by himself, no help, sweating away, trying to rush and get all the orders out. This store just seemed very unorganized. The leadership at this location is very poor. I don’t know what kind of management would be “ok” with this unprofessional behavior. I think because it was past 10pm at night… the staff felt they could be laid back, uncaring, and act like “whatever” with customers. It is NOT ok. And this poor unprofessional behavior by staff here needs to be seriously stopped. The pieces of chicken, were very hard, and almost stabbed the gum in my mouth, as I bit into them. The chicken was not well-cooked. Management needs to step in heavily at this location, and do something. Because this location is not delivering good service. I love Wing Stop… but I am completely turned off and very disappointed by the unprofessional associates working at this location. There needs to be a more professional night manager on staff here, at night especially, to keep these associates, in check.

Just a dissatisfied customer I am lol I was so excited to see a Wingstop in my area, and high hopes for this location. I was already disappointed with the change in the fries, but still had high expectations. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time, annnnnnd idk what was wrong was it raw was it old I couldn’t even bite into it the breading even fell off just gross 🤢 nvr again Wingstop has lost me😩

They took our money and shorted us 1/3 of our wings. Tried to call the store THEY DONT ANSWER. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM. Going to file a chargeback. Communication Wing Stop, Communications. You’re fired. 0 Stars for Customer Service

I hardly write negative reviews, and I kept trying with this Wingstop, but no matter what, they keep forgetting to add items. Every time I order for delivery this happens. They’ll miss or forget to add all the Dips I order (and I usually get extra) or they’ll forget to add the sides like fries. And they even sent me plain wings once without any flavor.
This never happens when I go in person, but always when I get it delivered.
If I call, they’ll tell me to go and pick up the missing item (which I can’t do which is why I do delivery)
Most workers are fine but some give you attitude.
I guess I’ll drive a bit further to the next Wingstop.
I only keep trying because my daughter loves it.

This doesn’t happen when I deliver to other addresses from different stores. They are totally scamming customers that get deliveries from this location.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, I ordered the 8 pieces boneless meal, The size of their Nuggets where about one third of the size they advertise, they need to change their name to popcorn chicken, The bread part was equal to the chicken. The french fries not even close to reach the top of the tray, $1.59 xtra for an additional sauce. Total came to a little under $19.00 Thats expensive for a meal the size of a Baby Meal.

i've been reading about this Alfredo guy, and I think I've had a few experiences with him. I came here after school once, ordered some fries. he was very nice, told me to have a nice day after I left. I stopped going because they dont take cash anymore.
