I ordered a 50 piece party pack, and only received half of my order. They were quick to say they'd refund me, but still spoiled my sisters birthday meal. ^^still haven't been refunded.

The Wings And Tenders Were Good, But That New Chicken Sandwich...DISGUSTING, Meat Was Overcooked And The Sandwich Is Just Two Chicken Patties With Pickles On Bread, no additions,Just Pickles Bread And Meat.Definitely Would Not Recommend The Sandwich But The Wings And Fries Are Pretty Decent.

The wings were good. But they only included 1 side of blue cheese and I ordered 20 piece with veggie sticks. You always have to double check your order before leaving. The workers also acted like zombies. Not even a hi. They look so miserable.

Even though they didn't get my drink order right, I still enjoyed that the wings came hot and crispy. The veggies were also crunchy which I appreciate and the mobile app pretty much makes it easy to order from.

I wish I could say it was the first time this location has gotten our order wrong but that's not the case. Its been multiple times now that something in our order is missing upon pickup. Luckily we've been able to catch it before we leave but this time we had gotten home and noticed that part of our order was missing. My husband called to let them know and they told him that they could offer him store credit next time he visited. By word of mouth? They didn't even provide him some sort of tangible prof that he could provide for next time. He then asked them if there was any way to get a discount or at least a small drink for the inconvenience since he was going to drive back there and they said no. Food and store are fine, this review is more for their lack of customer service. Such a shame too, doesn't seem like management cares given all these negative reviews.

Terrible customer service, the manager on Tuesday match 15 at 6:30 was beyond rude and hung up me. Wingstop gave the driver the wrong order named tess and it was delivered. They refused to send out my order after I called and hung when asked about my refund. I spent 36$ and no refund. This is terrible. I want my money back. I wish I could give a zero

I've only had good experiences at this location. Food is always on point and good customer service. I just ordered 100 wings and a bunch of sides in advance for the super bowl and everything was correct and on time. Keep up the good work, it's appreciated.

I ordered 15 wing and the whole order was wrong. I went back for some veggies that they didn't give me. They didn't say sorry. after that I was waiting for my order for 30 minutes and everything was wrong. How frustrating it was to get home and try to eat something I didn't order. I didn't call anymore because I was very angry, but I don't go back in either.

This location is a health hazard do not enter. They have delivery people make the drinks instead of the employees. The delivery people say please, our hands are dirty. The staff and restaurant yells back, "Do it or no orders for you". They are abusive and dirty, do not eat there. They are coughing, not wearing masks as they make food, it's a danger to go there. The manager laughs at you if you complain. The place stinks like an open sewer

Picked up an order for DoorDash a few days ago to see what I've seen in a few other restaurants: The restaurant demands the Delivery Driver to prepare the customers beverage. Not only is this not our job, it's highly unsanitary. In California, to prepare food you need a food handlers card. Filling drinks is technically food preparation and most DoorDash drivers aren't certified. It's the same reason why we don't open containers to check the food is complete. It's a health code issue. We are in the logistical department, we only deliver prepared food.

I always order the crispy lemon pepper boneless tenders from Wingstop. I highly recommend them. I would recommend this place for good wings.
