This place is place is a joke because they don't accept cash period. Also more then once occasion they don't accept credit or debit.. they force people into placing orders thru door dash ... They knew the area they were coming to so out of fear the owner refuse to accept any cash . Is this even legal ??

I placed an order for pickup via the website. 8pm order for a 915 pickup. I show up at 920 and im told they made the order when it came in 8pm and i didnt pick up. I show the person the email stating the order was for a 915 pickup up and all she has to offer is them remaking it and now i have to wait another 10min. Poor customer service.

This location is very inconsistent. Once in a while they'll season my wings and cook them perfectly. But sometimes I just get sad when I see the wings I receive from this location when I get home, with barely any seasoning on them. The fries are always soggy/undercooked from here too, even when I select the well done option. I've only recently realized, after eating at another wingstop location that was on-point, how off the food at this location usually is.
