Rude female at pickup
This is one of those places where you have to go in person and check your food. Every time in order for delivery my order is wrong or mushy. It’s disappointing
1. Bad attention and above all arrogant the attention of the lady who approached my table to complain about the survey that was carried out, making our stay in the restaurant uncomfortable
2. Another lady from the staff also sat in front of us with her cell phone, possibly taking photos of us due to the position of her phone that she had in her hands.
3. The service time was more than 30 minutes and the excuse he gave me was that the service time at his location is like that and that they cannot take out orders before that time (isn't it a fast food place??? ??)

Stopped by today because I was at Ralphs and wanted lunch so decided to try Wingstop since I had never had it before. The cashier was lovely and I asked for her recommendation and she gave it. I waited for my food and after a little while more people ordered their food too. Well, 1 person who ordered after me got their food, I didnt say anything. Then a 2nd person who ordered after me got their food, one of the workers told me it would be another 3 minutes for my food. I wait a bit and after the 3 min, I stand up to wait because I have been waiting for a while now. When someones online order is ready, I ask why 3 orders have gone out before mine and the girl in the back looks at me and without a word just shrugs her shoulders. The manager was by the cashier and said/did absolutely nothing. The cashier looked at me and apologized.
Safe to say, I wont be coming back. Some of the wings were over fried and unedible with how hard they were and their customer service is definitely lacking. The cashier was the only one who cared about the customer.

DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE!!! Let’s start with the girl who decided to argue about flavor! Simply asked for Hot Honey ,paid for it, and never got it. Then when we went back inside she gave us lemon pepper, went back in again to get the correct sauce and she had the audacity to argue instead of just correcting the mistake. Waisting her own time being a jerk. Next we have the fact that we ordered over the phone with the automated system, confirmed we order cheese fries, and you guess it, we didn’t get them. Went back for the correct order and she also decided to argue about it instead of just correcting it, continuing to waist everyone’s time. Then the cheese fries were gross and soggy. They lack basic customer service, they’re disrespectful and rude. Imagine having to walk back into Wingstop 3-4 times to argue with immature little kids who don’t know how to do their job. They seriously need to get a grip. Don’t bother putting your money into this establishment. Clearly all the reviews show that management doesn’t care and the owners probably don’t either. It’s wings like how hard could that be. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were spitting in peoples food especially with the way that little girl was acting.

Placed a order through DoorDash never again it was my 2nd time doing so already thinking I shouldn’t have we don’t know these people I don’t know who to blame for my food not being secure door dash driver is blaming wingstop

I went in the evening to order food for myself because I really love Wingstop but I was very disappointed because I threw the money in the trash there were pieces of salt on the chicken I think the cooks from this establishment need to be fired so that they don't ruin the reputation of this establishment because professionals couldn't do that so easily this is mockery of the kastomer I personally will never buy this again in my life ???????

When I called to place an order over the phone to claim a promo I was told that I would need to order a full combo in order to do so.
I mentioned that the website showed that the promo applied as long as you bought any other item, it didn’t need to be a combo.
They insisted and I paid extra for a combo. Nearly double the cost.
Upon arriving to pick up my food, I questioned it once more and mentioned the website said differently.
They agreed with me and said I should’ve said something.
I explained I did and that I was told differently.
The employee, a shorter Latina lady simply said “oh well sorry” and handed me my bag.
No offer to rectify the order. No offer to lower the cost. Nothing. Not sure if this is a regular thing at wing stop locations. But this will my first and last time ever going to one.
And I’ll ensure my friends feel the same way.

The staff were amazing today!! As soon as we walked in they greeted us and made sure we were well attended. Food was great as always!! Thank you Wingstop Crew!! ?
