What a joke of a store I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and they forgot my fries , I tried to call them and they don't answer I tried at least 13 times.... The fact that I gotta go to the store and waste time and gas is really dumb to me , I get ur busy but if ur gonna mess up orders at least have good customer service , don't suck at both.

Pick up wings and fries for my wife and I. The fries were small and crispy; the ones at the bottom of the frying basket were given to us. They were inedible. Sadly, the staff have to know they are delivering customer trash.

Counting the box & cleaning up already it's 9:59 closes at 10:30 but door says up to 11 plus how do you only have tenders and sandwich but hella undecided and lost as if they should take my order or not caz they already counted the box. they always close early taking long to ignore the phone and they all be talking huddled

Horrible service. Made an order of 4 different things and when i went to pick them up i had to wait 10 minutes which i didnt mind. I got the order and I doubled checked it in my car because it wasnt the first time they forgot to put something and was missing the ranch for the orders. Went back and told them and instead of them giving it to me this lady tried to say that she did put the ranch in there and that I was lying to her. I went back and took the bags of food with me and she still kept on saying that she put them in there even after checking the bags. This lady needs to find a different job because she clearly did not know how to talk to a customer or even admit when she messed up on the order.

Be careful with this place. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo and received 3 pieces of chicken and this abnormal, fake chicken. I wasn’t even asked if it could be substituted they will just throw it into any order they want I guess. Payed 25 bucks for them to serve whatever they feel like they want to serve. You have been warned off they cut corners here you don’t know what other stuff they do to the food. I wouldn’t trust the people here they have no integrity.
