seems like every time i order from here they always find a way to mess up the order either by not cooking the food correctly as ordered or by just missing items completely on a $100+ order by far the worst wingstop ive been to

What a joke of a store I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and they forgot my fries , I tried to call them and they don't answer I tried at least 13 times.... The fact that I gotta go to the store and waste time and gas is really dumb to me , I get ur busy but if ur gonna mess up orders at least have good customer service , don't suck at both.

Pick up wings and fries for my wife and I. The fries were small and crispy; the ones at the bottom of the frying basket were given to us. They were inedible. Sadly, the staff have to know they are delivering customer trash.

Counting the box & cleaning up already it's 9:59 closes at 10:30 but door says up to 11 plus how do you only have tenders and sandwich but hella undecided and lost as if they should take my order or not caz they already counted the box. they always close early taking long to ignore the phone and they all be talking huddled
